I specialise in relaxation massage, including Lomi Lomi and aromatherapy. Our focus is on helping you unwind, de-stress, and reconnect with your body in a calm and nurturing environment. With remedial becoming available at the end of 2025.

Our massage sessions are 60 or 90 minutes long, if you would prefer longer you can add an extra 30 minutes as a massage add on.

Not yet, but we’re working on it! Holly is currently studying remedial massage and will be offering rebates through private health funds by the end of 2025.

Yes, absolutely. Rest Massage Studio welcomes all genders and all bodies. This is an inclusive space where everyone deserves to feel relaxed, safe, and cared for. Please note that unfortunately Rest Massage Studio is not wheelchair accessable, as we are located upstairs.

Just come as you are. You’ll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level before your massage begins. You’ll be professionally draped the entire time, with only the area being massaged exposed.

At this stage, we don’t offer specialised pregnancy massage, but we’d love to support you once baby has arrived. We do, however, offer BreastEzz pillows for postpartum clients who are breastfeeding or need extra chest comfort during massage.

Unlike many other massage studios, when you book a 60-minute or 90-minute massage at Rest Massage Studio, you receive the full 60 or 90 minutes on the table.

Consultations and getting changed are not included in your massage time—we allow space before and after your session so you never feel rushed. Your time is yours to truly rest. Please note that if you are late for you appoinment we may have to shorten your massage time. 

We understand life happens, but arriving late may shorten your massage time so we can stay on schedule for the next client. Please aim to arrive 5 minutes early so you can start your session relaxed and unhurried.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This gives us time to offer your spot to someone else. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

Yes! A massage is one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or dollar amount—perfect for birthdays, Mother’s Day, or “just because.”
